Registration and Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation:
Registered participants may cancel their registration until September 15, 2005. There is a cancellation fee of € 100.
The remainder of the paid registration fee will be refunded after the conference has taken place.
There is no refund for cancellations received after September 15, 2005.

Liability:
The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to
private property of the participants. Participants are advised to take out any insurance they consider
necessary. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against
the organisers should the conference event be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or
economical events, by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons
necessitate program changes. With his/her registration the participant accepts this proviso.
